It was formed originally by a spontaneous mutation of clementain oroval in Betxí (Castellon) in 1970.
The tree is robust and has a very good development.
The fruit is a good size and the flesh is tender, it has a lot of slightly acid juice. It doesn´t have pips.
The characteristics of this variety are similar to the clementain Oroval the principal difference being that ripens about two weeks earlier.
